●Patients with appointments made by cell phone or PC.
Write down the appointment number, name and date of birth on the reception list at the clinic.You will get a card number.　　

 ●Patients without appointments: you must get a card number at the clinic.
  Write down this number, name and date of birth on the reception list.

Please sit down and wait at the waiting room.

●You can check the waiting list at the monitor on the reception counter.

●You can also check your waiting number

　※ Please come to the clinic at least 6 people ahead from you.
　（If you come late,

　When we call your number, please come in and wait

　We will call you after the previous patient is finished.
       Please return the card number to the nurse.
